First, find a ring that fits perfectly.
Next measure the inner diameter, not the outer diameter.
Use the chart below to find what ring size you are.
If the measurement falls between two ring sizes, we suggest you choose the larger size.
However if you don't own a ring, you can always try getting your ring size checked at a local jeweler.
