Our Story

DeAuro, a luxury jewelry brand, was established in 2020 with a strong foundation rooted in the esteemed De Vicente family legacy. Founded by Francisco de Vicente Jr., the brand embodies a rich history of craftsmanship and artistic vision. Hailing from Cordoba, Spain, Francisco is the son of a renowned local manufacturer within one of Europe's premier Goldsmith centers.

 

Francisco's passion for jewelry was cultivated from a young age as he observed his father meticulously crafting pieces for local luminaries, instilling in him a deep appreciation for the artistry and commercial aspects of the trade. Beginning an apprenticeship in his formative years, Francisco also explored the realm of graphic design, a dual pursuit that would later influence his creative journey. At the age of 18, he carefully crafted his first piece of jewelry, marking the beginning of his distinctive style.

From 2000 to 2007, Francisco worked closely with his father, Mr. De Vicente Sr., refining his craft under the guidance of his inspirational mentor. Driven by a desire to carve his own path beyond the family business, Francisco Jr. made a bold decision to embark on a new chapter, dedicating his efforts to educational initiatives in Nicaragua. There, he volunteered in local schools, assisting children with drawing and design. It was during this time that he met his wife, Daisy, adding a special chapter to his journey.

In 2014, Francisco transitioned back to Cordoba, Spain, with a clear vision of his aspirations. Establishing his bespoke jewelry studio in the vibrant heart of the city, he set the stage for his creative evolution.

Amidst the global challenges of 2020, Francisco unveiled his namesake studio, providing a platform for emerging talents to explore the art of jewelry-making and extending opportunities to the local community. This pivotal moment marked the realization of Francisco's longstanding dream to launch his own high-end jewelry brand, culminating in the birth of DeAuro, which is latin for “from gold”.

Today, DeAuro stands as a testament to Francisco's unwavering dedication, offering an exquisite collection of rings, bracelets, and pendants that exude sophistication and  elegance.

With price points ranging from $1,000 to $80,000, DeAuro caters to a discerning clientele characterized by DeAuro as "confident, glamorous, cosmopolitan,  entrepreneurial, and infused with personality."
